The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable with almost everything we needed. However, some noise from plumbing was a minor inconvenience. The service was friendly despite some misses in locating staff, with a welcoming receptionist. The location was good and easy to find, just off the motorways and a few minutes' drive from Redditch. Dining options were varied, with some dishes being disappointing. The facilities were convenient for a pleasant stay.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the bed. I loved the area surrounding the hotel. Overall, the stay was lovely with very clean rooms, nice hot showers, complimentary tea and coffee facilities, good food at a reasonable price, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is conveniently situated just off the motorway and is ideal for visitors to Ragley Hall. The staff are welcoming and attentive, but the rainy weather affected outdoor accessibility. The included Spanish food in the dining was a nice touch, though the breakfast service starting late was a bit inconvenient.

Rooms
7.0
My room was located at the rear on the ground floor of the building. It was clean and spacious, but I wished there were two chairs outside. The tea bags provided were a nice touch.
Service
8.0
The staff moved us to another room promptly when issues arose. While the service lacked enthusiasm, the manager's intervention eventually resolved the water pressure problem. Housekeeping was attentive, and a welcome drink was a nice gesture.
Location
9.0
The location is great for those attending Ragley Hall, with easy access to required amenities. The staff's friendliness added to the positive experience, but the rainy weather limited outdoor activities in the area.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was enjoyable with included Spanish food, but the breakfast service starting late at 9 am was a downside for early risers.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were satisfactory, providing all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
